Recruiter

Our Client is looking to hire a Recruiter, who will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and presenting offers for our Client based in Dubai– which is one of the largest companies in the region.

You will be working closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their needs and collaborate on creating effective recruitment strategies.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring that we continue to attract and hire top-tier talent to drive the organisation’s success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience, UAE Experience will be an advantage
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations
